How to Restrict MAC Address on Wired Deco Connection?

I have 6 Deco (Deco X50) units at home, and one of them is connected to the garage via ethernet cable. I want to restrict the MAC addresses that can connect through this Deco. Is this possible? My concern is that someone could unplug the cable and connect another device to access the internet easily.
