@Ryan I gave this a test and found that wire backhaul is broken on this version. I have reverted to v1.1.6

@Ryan I have a BE11000 mesh on the current 1.1/7 build. Of my three nodes, one continually losing connection to the mesh and requires a power cycle to reconnet. I looked at the logs and see nothing with today's date...unless the logs are being based on some other time/date than what I have set up on the mesh.

Did the behavior only begin after updating all of your nodes to 1.1.7?
Where is this specific node located in relation to the other nodes and your home's layout? Is it particularly far from the other nodes?
Have you tried using the Connection Preference feature in the Deco app to assign its Deco-to-Deco connection to a particular node?

@Ryan I do not specifically recall. I believe it was after 1.1.7.

This specific node is on the 2nd floor, located near the center of the house. There is a node on the 1st floor, to the "south" of the location of the 2nd floor node. It's about 15-20 feet, by my guess without doing the math. The main node is located in the basement level, about 15 feet from the 1st floor node. Spacially, the 2nd floor node (the problem) is maybe 20-25 feet away from the main node in the basement.

Not specifically, as I don't recall that setting for nodes previously. It is currently set to Auto and is connected to the main basement node.

Quiet here for the past 2+ months.... No more major issues, concerns or new bugs to report?
So now in Mid-November 2025, which system (Costco BE11000 or Amazon BE63 3-pack) would you buy, best price wins? Anyone here try/test both?
Currently seeing the BE11000 on sale for $339.99 @ Costco, and the BE63 (3-pack) on sale for $369.99 + 20% back offer with the Prime CC or store card, which brings it to the sub-$300 level.
Would be getting 4% back on the Costco system but still ends up higher priced than the Amazon option.
My current setup is a Netgear CAX80 (AX6000) Modem/Router which is OK for simplicity, but currently not 100% compatible with my new Xfinity 1Gig/100Mbps service plan. I'm capped at about 700 Mbps DL and 5 Mbps UL.
Also range is not great in my 2,500 sq. ft. 2-story home and hoping to get a bit of added range outside on our 1.3 acre lot.
Why does the BE11000 have the advantage in rated 2.4 GHz speed performance at 688 Mbps vs the BE63 at 574 Mbps?
Any help is greatly appreciated!!! ![]()

From what I understand, the BE11000 is ONLY sold at Costco, but it indentical to the BE63 others sell, and the F/W is the same.
Oh, that 2.4Ghz is for Input from a Modem. At 1Ghz the theoretical you can get wireless is 940mbps. usually around 900mbps +/-. Wired will reach the 1Gbps
I have a BE68, and it is also called a BE14000. This is what I'm getting via a PCIe wireless card (TP-Link TBE550E):

Wif'e's PC using an M.2 Intel BE200 adapteer gets this:

Both using the Windows OOKLA desktop speed test.
We have 1Gbps dowm and 40mbps up.
We are about 10 to 12 feet from the main Deco.
I had other routers and Deco's, but overall speed on any that did WiFi7 gave the same results... and the SSID used does matter too. I am on the MLO band, and wife's on the band MLO band as well... Why the difference, her BE200 uses the 5 and 6Ghz band from the tri-band MLO SSID, 2.4/5/6Ghz bands, while my PCIe adapter uses the 2.4 and 6Ghz band.
Of course, those test results do change from day to day or even during the day depending what the PC is doing as well and the paths along the Internet traffic.
I have seen at times 940mbps down on both PC's.

@IrvSp Thanks for the reply! I ended up going the Amazon route with the BE63 for the sub-$300 deal with their 20% cash back offer good through 12/31/25. ![]()

My plan is to go full wired back-haul between the 3 units, but it's going to take a little work stringing Ethernet cables from 1st floor where the modem lives down to the basement across to the other side, back to the first floor (Deco #2) then up into the garage attic to meet Deco #3 on the 2nd floor. Initially I may setup Deco #3 on wireless to see if its worth the trouble.
The BE63/BE11000 seem to be the Deco lineups sweet spot for WiFi 7 currently (price-wise) from my research, especially if you need the ports on each unit which these have 4x2.5Gbps.

Wondering why you went BE68 on only Gig speed service?
I see those units have more antennas, streams, and potentially more range but less ports with only • 1× 10 Gbps • 1× 2.5 Gbps • 1× 1.0 Gbps they seem less useful than 4 2.5Gbps ports on the BE63's.

Complicated answer...
First, I only have 2 wired devices, both PC's. Everything else is wireless, including the 2 satellite Deco's (you should try wireless backhaul by the way to see if it works for you).
Secondly, as my 'badge' indicates I am a Beta Tester for TP-Link. I tested the BE65, which IS the be11000. However, my test was on BE65 V2, never sold in the US. The DO sell a V2.6 model as the BE11000 only in Costco and other places like Walmart. It seems a BE65 Pro is sold though in the US.
F/W for the BE63 and 65 is the same though.
Well, earlier this year I started to have a problem of dropped devices I recall. Reported the problem and sent logs. It was determined I had a h/w problem and they replaced it with the BE68.
I think if you look hard at the box in CostCo it should show somewhere it is a BE65 I recall?
This is what I got to test:

Note it is BE65 on the bottom. They DO now sell a BE65 Pro.
In any event, they decided to replace it with the BE68.
Now I am on a single floor home. Almost 2,400SqFt, About 50 feet to the farthest Deco. Walls are metal stud and piping. One feeds the Sprinkler controller outside the house, maybe 30+ feet away, through Laundry room and garage and a Cinder Block wall next to the Electric main breaker box. No problems....
So I suggest that you try the wireless backhaul, you might not need them wired.
