Hello!

I recently got a Deco XE75 3-pack Wi-Fi Mesh system.

My goal is to put the three devices throughout my house and have it broadcast the same network, I currently have an ISP router from Cox.

The setup I tested is with the ISP router as primary, and the Deco systems in Access Point mode, all connected via Ethernet to the router. However, I'm. realizing that this will broadcast two Wi-Fi's (one from Cox and one from Deco) correct?

So 1) If I put my ISP router in bridge mode, would this solve the problem and solve the goal of having only one Wi-Fi network throughout the house?

Next 2) Does this allow for roaming between the other Deco devices? i.e. if I connect near one Deco device and walk to another Deco device, the device will stay connected?

And 3) If using bridge mode, does each Deco need to connect to the Primary Deco, or can I connect them to the ISP router that is also in Bridge mode?

I'm also curious how other people have set up their Wi-Fi systems, and any other advice on making this setup work the best.

Thanks for the advice!

@Invertigo I believe bridge mode on the ISP router is the best option overall.  It does require you to connect a primary Deco to the ISP router, then the remaining Decos to the primary Deco, this may include switches if more Ethernet ports are necessary.
