Hey TP-Link Community,

We have received feedback from several users indicating that iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads are experiencing a "connected but no internet" behavior, specifically when connected to the Archer BE900 V2 via Wi-Fi.

This Article Applies to:

Archer BE900 V2 1.1.6 Build 20250317 and older versions

Description:

iOS devices, including iPhones and iPads, may lose connectivity when connected to the Archer BE900 V2. The Device(s) may display "Connected but no internet". During this time, other client devices, both wired and wireless, remain connected to the internet.

Solution:

We understand that this situation can be frustrating. Please know that our engineers are actively investigating to identify and resolve the underlying cause as quickly as possible. Our development team has provided a beta firmware to assist in this effort. If you are experiencing similar concerns, we urge you to consider upgrading to the following beta firmware on your Archer BE900 V2 and verify whether your affected iOS devices connect to the internet more reliably.

Note: Pre-release and Beta firmware should be used at your own discretion. We cannot guarantee the functionality of features or technical support for Pre-Release or Beta Firmware.

Have you perhaps considered replacing the patch cord?

@dhamiter Yup, i just did and the internet seems stable now.

Btw, I'm using BE900v2 (as main) and using easy mesh to mesh with BE550v1, it supposes to support 6Ghz as backhual but I can't see the 6Ghz connection linked btween BE900 & BE550. Doesnt anyone know is it a setting problem or fw issue? I call the local support but none of them can help.

@Dr3-EL  Hi, they know nothing. Apparently we need to help each other. I'm also running a wired backup mesh setup using the BE24000, BE9300 and AXE75. Are you able to configure the 6ghz band into a smart connect config utilizing only one name/password so clients can jump between satellites while utilizing the best band. On your situation, I noticed a new firmware update available dealing specifically with the Apple problem. My stuff is Android although i get the same error message all the time.
