Deco updates -

XE75 Pro V2, updates are far and few between, this version is out of sync with the XE75 V1. The latter has features that the newer and upgraded model doesn't have. This is ridiculous. I am looking into another manufacturer for a replacement since TP-Link is not responsive to customer and security concerns.

I did a little research and found some info for you. Please note since I don't work for TP-LInk I have no idea how set in stone the dates are.
TP-LInk does in fact have an end of life policy. When reading it the article goes over two different dates.

Using the chart above you can use the link below to find the EOS date for your deco, We will use my deco as an example which is the Deco XE75 Pro (2pack) hardware version 2.0. You will find this line at the top of page 39
https://static.tp-link.com/upload/manual/2025/202506/20250618/EOL_List_Home%20-%20V5.0.pdf
According to the chart they no longer takes orders of my unit as of 05-31-2025 so my EOM date would be 3 years after that or on 05-31-2028
So to answer your question they still support your model for firmware updates it just takes them forever to get them out.

@HelpFixDecoApp messaged me to let me know about your concern. In most cases, we allow community users to help community users. This is because if an admin jumps into a conversation too soon, in most situations, it will stop the natural progression of the conversation. That, or it will more or less hijack a conversation and might change the subject of the OP.
That said if its felt that an admin or an official response is needed all you need to do is tag one of our admins and we will be happy to review and respond.
