I just bought my extenders and set them up in a 3 floor home. The connection keeps dropping every few minutes. It drops and loses connection on devices for a few seconds and then reconnects again. I need help figuring this out please.

Hi, can I have the firmware version of your Deco XE75 Pro?

Are the satellite Deco XE75 pro units connected via WiFi Backhaul or Ethernet Backhaul into the Mesh network? Or can I have a screenshot of the network map on the Deco App, such as:

Would the Deco turn red during the disconnection?

 

If there is already an ISP router, it is suggested to set Deco into "Access Point" mode:

  @Chikito May help to know which Extender model(s) you set up?  Since you have a 6E Deco I would say it's good practice to use 6E extenders to match...
