If your PC cannot access the Internet when connected to the Ethernet port on the extender, kindly refer to the following problem-solving procedures: 
    1. Ensure that the extender Internet is working by connecting to its Wi-Fi. 
    2. Verify if the Ethernet light on the extender is on. If it's not on, try with a different Ethernet cable. 
    3. If possible, connect the PC to the Ethernet ports on the router to see if the PC is working fine. 
    4. If the PC works fine with the router, power cycle the extender and check again. 
    5. Hard reset the extender by using a pin to press its reset hole for one second and reconfigure it again.
