Hello All,
Welcome to our community!
May I know the answers to the following questions:
- What is your driver model?
- What is your hard drive model and format?
- Was the speed test conducted via wireless or wired connection?
- Was USB sharing enabled working correctly previously?
- When testing the USB connection, did you use an adapter cable to connect the driver and router? Please ensure that both the driver and router power supplies are up to standard to avoid speed drops due to insufficient power.
- Also, when did you purchase the router?
@J3r0 I noticed you didn't reply to the engineer's ticket. Has the exception been fixed?

I have the same issue with BE230 v1.0, firmware is latest 1.2.1 Build 20250804 rel.79639(4555) but even the previous one didn't work. I see same errors in log:
Led Controller ERROR [1958] Config importing failed
Led Controller DEBUG [1958] Failed to read USB3
and the speeds are 40 MB/s max. Tried multiple USB 3 devices without any extension cables, all of them work only in USB 2.0 mode.
I noticed there have been multiple cases reported so there must be something wrong with the router's firmware.

I tried with an NVME drive in an enclusure. I get 1GB/s when connected to my laptop. and a couple older usb 3 drives that get around 100-150MB/s. The were slow out of the box. Bought it from Amazon about aweek before my original post.
Consider this my confirmation/reply.
