Archer be805 randomly dropping all WiFi connections on latest 1.3.0 firmware
Upgraded to the 1.3.0 firmware and now all wifi clients are just randomly disconnected and have to try to reconnect. This was not happening on the previous firmware. I've done a hard reset, disabled Wifi 7 and MLO, disabled flow control, changed DNS and anything else I can think of and nothing is fixing this issue. This new firmware is anything but stable on this router. Plus, I can't even downgrade to the previous working firmware with the file on TPLink's website. I'm beyond frustrated at this point and ready to get rid of this thing.

Hello @ar31484, thank you for posting in the community.
Were you upgraded from the official 1.2.4 version?
How about the wired client devices, are they still connected to the BE805 stably as before?
To help assist and streamline the identification of the behavior, we recommend sending an email to forumsupport.usa@tp-link.com with the following information:

@Wally01 Thank you for reaching out.
Could you please provide more details as I asked in my previous response to ar31484?
Except for the router's firmware upgrade, are there any other changes in the network?

@ar31484 No, no changes other that firmware update from 1.2. Router seems to loose WIFI every 20 hours or so. I have to turn router off then on for WIFI to work again. Cannot revert to 1.2 so router is now unuseable for reliable connection.

@Wally01 Thanks for getting back.
Could you please clarify what the specific behavior is when you mentioned "Router seems to lose WIFI every 20 hours or so"? Does this mean the wireless network of the BE805 will disappear every 20 hours or so? No devices can "see" its wireless network, or the devices can still see and connect to the wireless network, but they cannot access the internet?
I would suggest resetting the BE805 to factory defaults and reconfiguring it from scratch to observe if this issue persists.
If the issue persists, please send the configuration file on the BE805 via email as I directed ar31484 to the support engineers for further investigation.

I have been experiencing the exact same problem since upgrading the firmware on my BE805 to version 1.3.0 - entire network randomly loses its internet connection and then reconnects a minute later. Extremely disruptive when it kicks me out of video conferences for work. No idea how to fix it without throwing this one out and buying a new router.

Hello @ewok, thank you for adding your feedback in this thread.
Could you please help clarify some details before sending your email to our forum support?
Were you upgraded from the official 1.2.4 version?
How about the wired client devices, are they still connected to the BE805 stably as before?
When the wireless client devices lose the connection, were they still connected to the wireless network but disconnect from the internet? Or were they completely disconnected from the network of the BE805?

I'm updating to inform you that our development team has provided a pre-release firmware update for Archer BE805 V1 for early trials.
The pre-release firmware introduces wireless driver update to enhance system stability, which I believe would help resolve the unintended wireless behaviors you reported.
You can download the pre-release firmware from the thread below we published in the global community directly:
Archer BE805 Pre-release Software Enhances the Overall System Stability
Please let me know how the pre-release firmware works in your device and network.
