Issue/Phenomenon Description:

Recently, several users reported that the 6GHz Wi-Fi network cannot be enabled on their Deco, with the 6GHz band greyed out in the Deco app. Additionally, when attempting to enable it within the app, the following error is presented: "Failed. Please try again later".

Available Solution:

A beta firmware has been made available to address this behavior, with an official update to be released in the future. If you encounter this behavior with your Deco and would like an immediate solution, please install the following beta firmware:

 

Deco XE70/XE75 Pro V2&V3 1.2.14_build_20250818_Beta

  • There will be an official firmware fix for this issue in the future. If you are not comfortable using beta firmware, please wait for the official fix or contact our support teams for assistance.
