Firmware Version: 1.2.10

I recently set up a new Deco system and created a profile for my child, adding the two devices they use. I also upgraded my subscription to enable Parental Controls. It’s been a week now, but no traffic has been logged. The operation mode is currently set to Wi-Fi Router. Non of the features I am paying extra for seem to be working.

Sorry for the late response. As other users are having issues with parental controls I recommend sending an email to forumsupport.usa@tp-link.com with the following information:

Thank you for that. Just FYI there are a lot of people having issues with parental controls as you can see in this post so it might be a few days before you hear back,
