@Drasoff

Hi, thank you very much for your time and patience.

The firmware bin file on the EN site also works on the US version, and there will be a separate firmware download link for Deco BE11000 later on the local US site.

It is always recommended to be cautious during a firmware upgrade.cool

If you refer to waiting for the official release of Deco BE11000, you can send an email to forumsupport.usa@tp-link.com for further assistance.

Subject: [Forum Escalation][ID 842370] BE 11000 and Playstation Portal

Thread URL:  https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/842370

Model&Version: Deco BE11000-V2-1.1.7 Build 20250324 Rel. 32980

Description: I am having issues getting a stable connection for my portal on my Deco BE11000 home network. My signal is strong and nothing else in the house has any issues. I get a stable portal connection for a few minute then it goes blurry and I have to reconnect to clear it up. Rinse and repeat until i get frustrated and stop using the portal. I am looking for advice from anyone that may be using the same set up and is having success with portal useage......

Other relevant details if possible

  • Is the PS portal currently connected to the 5GHz or 6GHz/MLO network of Deco BE11000? Which Deco did it connect to?
  • A screenshot of the network map on the Deco APP, such as:

Thank you very much.

Best regards.

A user from the EN support forum was also having this issue. He said the steps below fixed his issue.

Go to MORE > QoS and ensure QoS is disabled. If you do not see an on/off switch for QoS, set it back to standard and remove all priority devices.
Go to MORE > Advanced > NAT forwarding, and disable SIP ALG and UPnP.
