Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 1.5.5 Build

I've loaded the Security+ to my network, but when I go to the Security menu it doesn't seem it's loaded because it says to upgrade again.  I click upgrade and the process starts over again.  Very frustrating.

 

ive already updated the firmware.  Rebooted, uninstalled app and reinstalled.

First please access the Deco web UI by entering "tplinkdeco.net" in your browser. Navigate to Advanced > System > System Log, select "ALL" in the log type, and save the file to your local computer. Then follow the steps below making sure to attach the logs to the email. Also please take screenshots of all your VPN settings. 

 

I recommend sending an email to forumsupport.usa@tp-link.com with the following information:

 

Subject: [Forum Escalation][ID 844092] X60 Homeshield Security+ not staying loaded on app

Forum Nickname: [User Provided]
