If you are using the Archer GXE75 router with a Meta Quest 3 VR headset and have experienced unexpected disconnections on the 6 GHz Wi-Fi band, which may affect multiple devices simultaneously, a beta firmware is now available to fix this recently identified phenomenon.

My Quest 3 and Quest Pro would disconnect randomly before this update, after installing the beta firmware everything is fine for a few minutes and then pings would spike massively to the headsets (>500), making it unusable, I have to use 5G instead which solves this issue for the Quest 3 but not the Quest Pro which will still disconnect frequently.
