I have two C100 indoor cameras that I can't get to detect WiFi. I noticed they were both showing offline so I tried reconnecting both of them with no luck. I'm able to locate the cameras but it says it can't detect my WiFi. I've tried restarting both cameras and wifi, leaving both unplugged overnight then plugging back in, even tried seeing if they would detect my phone hotspot with no luck. Anybody else having this issue? Asking before I end up possibly ordering more.

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you can't successfully configure the camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?

If you have tried the tips in the above instructions and your router provides a 2.4 GHz secured Wi-Fi network, but the camera can't detect it, please ensure the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi channel is within 1-11, and try to disable the special settings on your router, such as Smart Connect, to see if these tips are helpful.

Best Regards
