iOS Tapo App
Phenomenon Description:
The Tapo C100/TC60 V5 was working before, but now you are unable to reconfigure it on the iOS device after performing a factory reset. It gets stuck on the step of finding the router's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, and the Tapo app reports "Can't find your Wi-Fi."
Workaround:
1) If you have an Android phone/tablet, try configuring the camera on it.
2) If you have only an iOS device, please uninstall the Tapo app on that device, then copy this link and paste it into the Safari browser to download and install the Tapo debug app (Tapo trial app, version 3.305.104).
Then, try configuring the Tapo C100/TC60 V5 in the Tapo debug app. After the camera is successfully configured, you can uninstall the debug app and go to the App Store to download and install the latest official Tapo app to manage the camera.
3) The official firmware 1.3.5 Build 251109 Rel.46301n for the Tapo C100/TC60 V5 is being released gradually, which has solved the reported phenomenon. If your camera has received the new firmware, we suggest updating it via the Tapo app.
