Since I updated the firmware to 1.2.1 the router loses internet connection daily. I use it as an access point and it is showing it is disconnected from my network yet other wired devices connected to a different switch have no issues. This started as soon as I updated to 1.2.1. 

 

I noticed other routers having this issue and there was a beta firmware available to fix it. Is there a beta firmware for this Archer C5400X

Welcome to our community.

 

If you connect the C5400X to the main router, bypassing the switch, will network instability occur?

Or, please change the C5400X to Wireless Router Mode. Can it improve the connectivity?

If possible, please hard reset the C5400X and configure it again.
