Have a Deco16000 alread disabled beam forming and fast roaming due to multiple incompatibilities - Have a new HP m110w printer - AirPrint/wireless only - printer connects to WiFi initially during setup - Device shows online but WiFi keeps dropping - Looking in Deco App I can see printer keep moving into 'offline clients' - I have forced connection to 2.4 ghtz and set a preferred deco - I have also assigned a static IP - device still keeps losing connectivity - any help would be appreciated- driving me

Thanks for your response - Appreciate it! If there are known issues with HP's - Do we have any printer brands that we know are 100% compatible? I can return the HP
I was thinking of maybe buying an extender, having the printer connect to the extender.... I cant really think of anything else

Hi, can I have the current firmware version of the BE16000?
Is the HP printer connected to the IoT network or the Main WiFi network?
If the current firmware is 1.0.6 Build 20240725 Rel. 33400, it is suggested to install the beta firmware here to see whether it helps:
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

I was at the current firmware build - I attempted to upgrade the Main Deco to the new Beta - When I did that my other 3 units could no longer connect - I did watch the HP printer and noticed that it went online, but then lost connectivity and was listed in the "Offline Clients" section of the app - So the Beta does not appear to fix the issue - I reverted the firmware on the main unit back to the previous version- I had to perform a soft reset on one of my Deco's to get it back on-line - At this point I'm back on-line but the HP still has issues.
Any other thoughts? Do we know if Canon Printers have this same issue?

@HelpFixDecoApp I did not - I was honestly concerned because the other decos were all offline and I had to work - I'd be happy to try again- Is there a way to get the a decos to talk to each other with the beta firmware? I was only able to upgrade the main unit before everything else went offline

If only the main Deco was able to upgrade and the satellite units went offline afterward, that may point to a firmware synchronization or mesh communication issue rather than a problem with the HP printer itself.
Before making additional changes, I would recommend verifying that all Deco units are running compatible firmware versions. If the satellites cannot communicate properly with the main unit, connected devices such as printers may appear offline intermittently even when their Wi-Fi settings are correct.
When you have a chance, try printing while the Deco app reports the printer as offline. If the print job succeeds, the issue may simply be with device status reporting in the app. If the print fails, then the printer is genuinely losing its network connection.
Can you confirm whether the Deco units are connected via wireless backhaul or Ethernet backhaul? Also, what firmware version is currently installed on the main Deco and the satellite units? That information may help determine whether the beta firmware is causing the mesh communication problem.
