I have a single deco that is malfunctioning. It was my main deco. It needed and update but couldn't update. It kept disconnecting from the internet. I switched it out with a different deco and was able to restore my network with 3 of the 4 decos. The one that was the main, has been reset and is flashing blue. But when I try to add to network, it can't find it. I've reset it multiple times. I've plugged it in directly to the router. Nothing. I don't have a way to directly connect to a computer. Any help??

Hi, when it is flashing blue, can you detect its default SSID on the mobile phone, such as Deco_xxxx?

If yes, have you tried to plug this Deco via an Ethernet cable to another working Deco M5, then go back to Deco App>"+" on the top right>" add a Deco unit" to test whether it can be found?
