Model: Deco WB10800
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.13 Build20241213Rel. 85543

I have set the main Deco to reboot every night at 3:00 a.m. Every morning when I wake up my wired NAS is not on the network. I have to unplug the ethernet cable and replug it for the Deco to provide the NAS with its IP address. This seems like a pretty persistent software bug to me.

I have the NAS set to a fixed IP address using the Deco address reservation feature.

  @AKennison

Hi, is the NAS connected to the main Deco WB10800?

Will the NAS still have access to the internet when it no longer shows in the "Online List"?

Could you please also refer to this link to help me submit the Deco App log:

How Do I Submit a Deco App Log?

(Please update the ticket ID here after submitting the App log.)

Thank you very much.

Best regards.

Hello. The NAS is connected to the main Deco. The NAS cannot be accessed nor does it have internet connectivity while it is not visible in the device list in the deco app. Only until I unplug and reconnect the ethernet cable and the main deco establishes the IP address does the NAS become available again.

The system log file is at this location: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ic1csBUVlAeXDjD6gWC2B0tpSFxjUndoySsxlzgQh7Y/edit?usp=drivesdk

As of this morning I turned off the reboot schedule and will no longer reboot the device every night. I still think this is an issue that needs to be resolved. Thank you.
