@David-TP I have been having this same issue for a few weeks. iPhone is 17 pro with latest iOS version. Deco routers are x50s. I've tried removing network, resetting each deco, and re-adding with no effect. I've had the network for a couple years and only just started having this issue.

@HelpFixDecoApp I have the same issue. The error message only says that the private relay service is not avalible for the Deco network. Mine is three units of X60 with iPhone 17 Pro and I believe the problem started with the latest update to iOS 26.5. My screenshot is in Swedish so it won't help you much. Thanks

Hi,
The error message appearing on your iPhone may be related to your ISP. Do you have another router that you could use to replace the Deco—connecting it to your ISP modem—to test whether the error message persists on your iPhone when connecting to the new router?

@Solla-topee I reset network settings on my iphone and it seems to have helped. I have not seen the error message again.
