Subscriptions on multiple networks
Yesterday

I manage a network at home and a network at my office. Originally I had different tp-link ID's for each, and a security subscription at work.

I tried to add a parental control subscription at home but it wouldn't allow me to because my Apple ID was already associated with a different tp-link id subscription.

so I used my work id, reset the routers at home and created a second network, now I have two networks on the same ID and was able to add the parental controls. However in doing so I had to pick one network to apply all subscriptions too. Now I have to choose to have both advanced security features and parental control either on home or office network, not both and not one subscription for one and another for the other.

how do I rectify this. I want advanced security at work and parental controls at home.

  @HelpFixDecoApp

The problem I am having is that I had separate emails.  My personal email and my office/work email.  Office network was set up with office email and home network was set up with personal email.

I initially signed up for Advanced security with the office network and office email, this was done on my personal phone.  So the TP-link ID was my office email but it required that I pay using apple ID information, I couldn't put in a credit card.  I recently tried to sign up for parental controls on my home network with my personal email but I received an error that I couldn't pay for parental controls with an apple ID that was already used with a different tp-link ID.

Is there a different way to pay than with an apple ID?

That's a question I do not have the answer to. Let me tag the tp-link staff on this post.

Are there any other payment methods?
