When the camera is plugged into the solar panel it does not work. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As soon as it's plugged out it continues to display the camera. So essentially it cannot work if

Hi,
If you are referring to the camera enabling privacy mode when the solar panel is connected, please go to the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Battery Status > Auto Privacy Mode page and disable this option, then check if this helps.
