Parental Controls Reward button missing
I pay for the HomeShield Pro plan on a yearly subscription. Maybe a week or 2 ago, when I look at any of the profiles for my family, the "Reward" button is gone. I only see the "Block" button take the full width of the app on my iphone. I was thinking it may be related to an app update or firmware release so I've been waiting it out. But at this point I thought I would bring it up just in case nobody is aware of the issue.
What do you need from me to assist with troubleshooting the issue?

I haven't seen a fix for it yet that is why we are requesting people to open up a support ticket so we can gather your logs to see if we cant find the problem and produce firmware to address it :)

@HelpFixDecoApp I think TP-Link needs to go over their code and not user logs

To your first point, I'm not going to lie — you're not wrong. As for your second point, it could be either one or both, to be honest, based on the things I've seen over the years.
Let me tag a member of the tp-link staff on this post. They might have another way to find out what's going on without you having to submit your logs.
Please advise.

@HelpFixDecoApp ya the feature was there in the app and now it's not. I think more to do with the app then firmware for various models etc.

I received an email back today:
"The R&D team has located the cause, they need to release a new APP version to fix the issue, they are working on it, I will update as soon as they release this new version."
Let's see if this new app version fixes it when it's released.
