Have you checked the block history? Open the Tether APP and go to the Parental Control page to find the block history list. 

Add the websites to approved websites: If you can find the related domain names (for Minecraft, Roblox, or Fortnite) in the block history page, tap on "More" → "three dots next to website" to add these websites to approved websites.
