Model: RE450
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: RE450(US)_V1_171215

I recently received a new computer with Windows 11.  I have had my RE450 running fine for a few years now with no issues with any device connecting to it including iOS, Windows 10, and Windows 7 devices.  So my new Win11 is connected to my home router but I cannot get it to connect to my extender.  I see it listed as an available network, select it, enter my security key, Windows churns for a bit and returns "can't connect to this network".

So is this extender, with my hardware and firmware, not compatible with Windows 11?  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

Hello @ScottMans

If certain device can't connect to RE wifi:

1. Verify the WiFi password first. Please refer to Case2 to check the RE wifi password

Note: range extender use the same wifi password as main router after its set-up

If remove WiFi profile on the phone, and reconnect to extender Wi-Fi on your phone, does phone accept the wifi password?

2.  Try to  update the Wi-Fi adapter driver on your Windows ( you may need help from laptop support )

If still the same issue, may I know 1) could phone reconnect to extender wifi after you remove the wifi profile  2) model of Wi-Fi adapter on your Windows 11, 3) a photo of error  4) Windows 11 version, thank you.

@Solla-topee

The issue was, indeed, the password.  I found it shortly after posting but the issue is now resolved due to my own stupidity!
