Model: Deco X20
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.3 Build 20211103 Rel. 32888

Installed AX1800 Whole Mesh Home System with 3 Deco X20 units. Had no problems installing, good results with the new network. However when trying the Guest network, it says "no internet connection". How do I activate the Guest network?

Thank you.

@TP-Link Thank you for your response. Being new to Deco, it took me awhile to simply find the Guest on-off switch. Turning it on solved my problem.

@DocKen

Hi, welcome to the community.

Did you also check whether you were able to get an IP address from the guest network?

Did it behave the same when you are connected to the main Deco X20?

At the same time, could you please go to Deco APP>More>Advanced>DHCP>DNS server, have you tried to input a local server, like Pi-Hole as the DNS server here?

Thank you very much.
