(I apologize in advance for my poor English.)

Stop my connected user to share his/her internet with WIFI-DIRECT

One of my neighbors asked for my wifi password, so I gave her and noted her MAC address, and white-listed him.

But after someday, I see a wifi network with her mobile name. (POCO M2)
she was sharing his internet with WIFI-DIRECT.

Since the new receiver connected to his hotspot, my white list not working for the new receiver.

How to stop her?

In the Tenda router, I see the connected device's speed can be controlled. (eg. 5 devices connected, I set 200 kb for one user)  But In Tp-link Archer C20, not possible.
I know about "Bandwidth Control", but that is IP Range based, not mac address/device based. And IP address is changeable (because of DCHP)
If I set the limit for 192.168.0.104, the next day it can become my IP.

Some years ago, It was impossible to connect to wifi and make a hotspot simultaneously, but now it's possible.

  @Zubair_bd,

The Archer Routers have a feature called MAC IP binding, and this will allow you to create a static IP based of the device's MAC address; this will let you use the other limiting setting on the router.

  @Riley_S

If I bind 1 device with MAC ip binding, not others- it's possible?

Or when I will 'enable' mac ip binding I have to bind all device's mac?
