I've been having issues with my company VPN staying connected on this device.

We use Cisco Anyconnect 4.10 to connect to my company network.  I get connected and then every 30 sec-2 minutes I get a disconnection notification and then a reconnection notification.  I thought it was a wi-fi issue, so I connected via ethernet.  I'm experiencing the same issues.  I've removed the docking station and connected directly to the PC and had the same issues.

When I use my phone as a hotspot I do not get these issues.

My home internet is AT&T Fiber.  I don't believe there is anything with the Fiber-endpoint causing issues.

Curious if there is an easy fix?  I also enabled ALG settings to see if there was a passthrough issue.

  @necrochaos,

I found this in our documents:

"Check whether set block ICMP from LAN port: Login the WEB interface, go to Advanced->Security->Firewall. We will block the ICMP from the different LAN subnet as default, so if the customer doesn’t check it, it will block this session."

I also am assuming that you are not using the VPN features on the Router, and simply accessing the VPN server through your home internet.

When you are disconnected from the VPN, try looking at the logs on your router to see if there is anything that could indicate where the disconnect is originating from.

I don't see this in Firewall.  I only see:

Enable SPI firewall

Allow pings from LAN port

Allow pings from WAN port

  @necrochaos,

Try taking a look at your system logs, there should be something that could indicate the cause of the disconnect.

Maybe something is wrong, but I have 0 logs from today:

2022-10-26 04:56:03 led-controller[1412]: <6> 288051 Start to run WAN1_ON
2022-10-26 04:56:03 led-controller[1412]: <6> 288051 Start to run WAN0_OFF
2022-10-26 04:56:03 led-controller[1412]: <6> 288051 Start to run LAN_ON
2022-10-26 04:55:53 upnp[6787]: <6> 217504 Service start
2022-10-26 04:55:53 upnp[6787]: <6> 217505 Service stop

All of that is from yesterday.  The time and date are correct on my router.

  @necrochaos,

If you're not seeing anything, it means that there is most likely no kind of disconnect occurring from the router side, rather it is an issue of a blocked connection. After searching around a little bit this seems to be a common problem with the AnyConnect Application and Service, it seems that there are tons of potential solutions revolving around closing ports or services on your computer.

A lot of threads even say that having a computer with two types of network connections, wired and wireless, can cause the issue.  Others indicate that the use of IPv6 can interfere with the connection.

I would recommend looking to see if you can disable any virtual or extra network adapters from your computer.
