Model: Archer AX6000

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: Unsure

I have an AX6000 that will not finish booting, it stays in ciculating blue LED forever. I have tried a hard reset on it and have attempted a TFTP recovery, but when pushing the recovery file I get a "timeout waiting for ack block #1" or "timeout waiting for ack block #0". Does anyone have any ideas on how to successfully push a recovery file to it? Thanks!

How far are you able to get in the process? Are you able to access the WebUI of the router when connected directly to the router via an Ethernet Cable? For situations such as this, I would recommend getting in contact with our Live Support Service, as they have additional tools and resources to help bring your router back online.
