Restarted deco m9 plus and now can’t find deco on the app but the network already exists
Our deco m9plus has been working with no issues for the past 18 months. We have come home to a flashing red light on the deco so we restarted the deco. The deco now has a flashing blue light indicating it's ready for set up but the deco app says "we couldn't find deco" after initially showing our previously setup deco network details in the background. We don't want to see up a new network if possible.
