The weekly usage reports for the router are based on two separate functions of the router, Parental Controls and the Network Security Scan feature from the HomeShield Page. If you do not have any parental control profiles configured or have not used the network security feature in the last week, the weekly report will be empty.

If you do have a parental control profile configured, then check to see if any of the names of the parental control profiles contain single quotes. This may cause issues with the reporting system for Deco. If you do, please change the name not to use single quotes and check the next week's report to see if statistics will populate.
