Model: Deco XE75
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.26 Build 20230613 Rel.52821

I have 1 Gigabit download and 40 MB upload service with spectrum and have 2 deco XE75 units connected via Ethernet backhaul.  I was able to get 940 MB download and 40MB download when connect to 2nd deco via Ethernet on my laptop and about 500-600MB Wi-Fi speed on my iPhone.  Recently the deco speed significantly reduced to range 80-90MB download and 40MB upload when using Ethernet backhaul, while the speed returns to 700MB when I disconnect the Ethernet and use Wi-Fi 6 backhaul.  This problem started after I activated the Iot network, but currently it is inactive but still have the issue.  I wonder if there is a way to reset all the settings to get back to 940MB connection with Ethernet or any suggestion to resolve the speed issue.

Spectrum > Modem > Deco XE75 > Cat 5E cable > manage switch > Cat 5E cable > Deco XE75 > Cat 8 cable > MOKiN hub > laptop

  @DD2

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

It is suggested to try the beta firmware here to see whether it helped or not:

Optimize Ethernet Connection on Deco

Best regards.
