AXE5400/AXE75 Internet connection issues for some devices
Just recently bought a new Wifi 6E device (TP-Link AXE75) due to a need to upgrade to Wifi 6/6E for my new Meta Quest 3 device.
Up until now I was using Archer C1200 for my whole network needs for a the last few years with no issues.
When I set up, even with default settings, the new AXE75 router - some devices are not able to reach the internet through the new router.
Devices like new ASRock Steel Legend B760M, iPhone 13 Pro + Macbook Pro and Quest 3 can connect to all new WiFi ranging from 2.4GHz to 6GHz with no issues. But some devices, specifically LG C1 tv, Playstation 5, Nintendo Switch say failure when connecting to the internet, they connect to the router but have no internet access.
I have tried:
- Restarting, Factory reseting more than 5 times.
- Checking and unchecking all the possible checkboxes inside the router web frontend, f.e. OFDMA, smart connect, firewall radio buttons etc. etc.
- Changing Security types, Channel widths, modes for individual 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks.
- Upgrading to the newest firmware (1.1.9 Build 20231115 rel.37295 (4555))
And much more just ticking - unticking radio buttons, checkboxes or changing default values to see if there will be any changes - those devices still cannot get access to the internet, whilst the before mentioned devices work like always.
