I currently have my linksys router hooked into the at@t router. The wireless capability has been turned off on that router and it is set for passthrough mode. How do I best add the deco pods?

Ideally, you would want to remove the linksys router from the equation entirely, allowing for your Decos to connect directly to the equipment from your ISP.
As long as IP Passthrough or Bridge Mode is enabled on the ATT router, then you will be able to setup your Decos through their default setup, starting with the main node.
ATT > Main Deco > Satellite Decos
Is there a specific step that you are experiencing difficulties with?
