Model: Deco XE75
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I recently replaced my 4 node Deco M9 network in favor of a new 4 node XE75 network. Each node updated to the latest firmware when the network was set up. All the nodes connect properly with one another. I am running in Access Point mode since I have a separate wired router. However, with the new network, I'm having trouble getting devices to get a response from the DHCP server in my router. This worked fine with the M9 network. If I set up a static IP address on a device connected to the XE75, it works properly.

  @Wonderfrog

Hi, May I know the model number of these mobile devices?

If you do not set the static IP address on these devices, what IP address would they get automatically when connecting to Deco XE75?

May I know how these 4 Deco XE75s are connected to the network?

Can I have some pictures of the network map on the Deco APP, such as:

Then if possible, could you please help me run a simple test:

1. Please temporarily turn off the 3 satellite Deco XE75 units and leave the main Deco XE75 only.

2. Then check whether these devices can connect to the main Deco XE75.

Thank you very much and best regards.
