  @DD2

Is your main Deco (in Router mode) connected to the Spectrum modem?

I that case, the modem only sees one device, the Deco.

If you change the mode of the Deco network from "Router" to AP, then all devices connected to the Deco will become visible to the modem.

If your modem actually refuses to handle more than 5 devices, it is probably better to keep the Deco in Router mode.

Why do you want to change?

  @yves_b

my Deco is not stable, i loose the adio all the time when using the microsoft team, althogh i am connected to the deco directly through eathernet cable. even if i use the wi-fi which i am 4 ft away from the router.  i was thinking this may solve the issue. Deco on AP mode will continue to provide wifi coverage to my house far from the spectrum router.

Hi, Nice to see you again.

Did it help to improve the live meeting quality after switching Deco into Access Point mode?

Wait for your reply and best regards.
