Model: Archer BE9300
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.7 Build 20240122 rel.39996(5553)

Hello TPLink Community,

I would like to install certificate for secure connection to my router.  After enabling HTTPS management there is no location to install the certificate.  I wasn't able to put in the correct model as it isn't an option in the list.  This is the model I am running:

Hardware Version: Archer BE9300 v1.0

Firmware Version: 1.0.7 Build 20240122 rel.39996(5553)

Thank you,

Gbab75

Hey @Gbab75,

Can you provide a bit more info about what you are attempting to accomplish and why?

After enabling remote management from the interface, you are able to connect directly to the router from the internet. The certificates used by the router are all self-signed and may be throwing a warning, despite the secure connection.

What point in the process are you having difficulty? What are you presented when trying to access/manage the router remotely?

Just because you enable HTTPS management does not mean that the connection is secure.  To ensure a secure connection you have to upload a public and private key that your computer trust to allow for the secure communication and there is no place to put a public and private key (certificate) on the router's management interface.
