One of my x20 hub thingies melted. As far as I know it wasn't covered by anything, just was sitting on the shelf. I'm glad it didn't start a fire. Guess I need to upgrade. Is this a known issue? The top is brown and melted like a meringue pie.

Hi, welcome to the community.

I believe this issue is not widely reported. Possible causes could include poor ventilation, irregular power supply, or faulty hardware.

It is highly suggested to reach out to the local technical support for further assistance(Adding some pictures with the melted brown top shell would be very useful).
