Speed dip on new modem.
Have Cox Internet. They recently just upped our speed from 300 to 500. We had a old. Docsis modem so bought a new 3.1 surfboard.
Coax to modem to deco to switch to 2 satellite via cat 6 backhaul.
Was getting wired and wireless speed from a
ll satellites at 240 to 260. As from deco app speed test, ookla wired and wireless speed tests on multiple devices /pc.
Called cox turned on new modem ran deco app speed test. Saw 496 to 590.
But wired and wireless on all devices won't pass 100. Admittedly upload speeds went from 20 to 50.
Nothing changed minus modem.
I've rebooted deco and devices.
