I do not believe that these are concerns as they are labeled as INFO and notice logs, not ERRORs or Warnings.

Are you seeing any unexpected behaviors or problems with your devices' connections that led you here?

I do not know too much about MLD and how it is configured, only that it is used in IPv6 addressing, as essentially an equivalent for IGMP snooping - which is a toggleable setting in many Decos Advanced Settings.
