Just installed my new deco x55 WiFi, got everything working except my printer. It is a epson  wf-4820. It is connected to the WiFi and I can see it on the app but my iPhones do not see it as an option to print to???

If your printer is visible but not printing after switching to a new router (Deco X55), the most common culprit is your printer's network settings - either on the printer itself or on your client devices that will be requesting the print jobs (e.g., iPhone, PCs, etc.)

 

If you already reconfigured the printer to connect to the new Deco X55 Wi-Fi network, you may need to update the printer's network settings (e.g., update the IP address to reflect the IP the Deco X55 is currently giving the printer) on your iPhone and any other device you regularly print from.

 

If you configured a static IP on your printer, it likely won't accept print jobs until its IP is reconfigured and set within the the IP schema of the Deco's network.

 

In most cases, simply re-configuring the printer within your network and on your print-requesting devices can cover all the bases.
