Try this. Open app > click on ">" next to Online Clients > click on the "sort" icon > Select By Network Type > Scroll down to and click on "Confirm"

Sometimes restarting your phone will correct this. After restart, open the app and wait a couple of minutes. Sometimes it doesn't help though. I think it is a recurring problem with the app.
