@mcamp001 I do not know of a way either but you would think that would be a standard feature to be able to limit by ip address and/or by MAC.

@WayneD42 are you using QoS as that may be the issue. you can also connect the ooma between the modem and router.

@Karua Connect a PC direct to the modem and see if you can connect to ensure it is the router and not the isp.
