@Marke522 I would power cycle the router and also try each of the ethernet ports to see if it is a single port.

@beachnorwegian How are you doing the speed check? Is the issue both ethernet and wifi? I would power off the modem and router for 5 min, then power on the modem, wait a bit then power on the router....

@MercedeDez by holding the reset button, you may have reset the router to factory settings. Try the default settings and see if that is what happened.

@vmb that is strange. I would try using a different wifi channel as it is possible the devices do not work on those channels.

@TheRealLonghorn Sounds like you checked everything except the antennas and a reset to factory. If they are okay, it does point to a failed router in my option.

@Bocephus101 I would try power cycle the modem, router, and the computer to see it anything changes. Many times that corrects slow speeds.
