@2Daroots could very well be your phones. Check the network settings as there is an option to radomize the MAC addresses. You can turn it off for your home network.

Some phones (Apple for one) has an option to change the MAC with each different network. You can change it in network settings.

Is your phone signed on to the same network as the laptop? Some routers do not allow or some have an option to prevent a guest from signing on to the router
