@UrielChoiseul Swap the HS200 with one of the working ones, if the problem still doesnt exist where the HS200 was replaced then the HS200 in question probably failed.

@XRShame I would take the adapter to another computer to see how it performs. Other then the adapter speed other factors affecting download could be the hard drives of the computer or the processor....
