@GusD Is there any indication that the router is powered on ? Any LEDs active ? If after factory reset there's no access to the router it probably went faulty. I would measure the power supply...

@theMezz The point of Smart Connect disabling is to have for 2.4 and 5 GHz SSIDs a different name. When you disable Smart Connect your SSIDs (2.4 GHZ and 5 GHz) probably would change like: for 2.4GHz...

@ps221 According to a AT&T post these ports have to be opened with a port-forwarding on your router.
