My Kasa kc100 cam does not play recorded videos on my iphone while connected to my home wifi. It just shows a white screens. Playing live stream works fine.

However, when I disconnect from wifi, the videos load and it plays fine.

I wonder if it has something to do with my new TPlink Router AC1900?

Any suggestions will be sincerely appreciated.

Go into the camera settings, then select advanced settings, do you have hardware acceleration as a option? If so, disable it, and test it again.

What is the version of your Kasa app?

Do you happen to have a Android phone, does it happen on that?
