As I recently confirmed KS220M and ES20M are the same model being sold in different retailer channels.
You could try to look for on tp-link authorized shops here:

I found one available in Best Buy:

Do you mean Kasa motion sensor dimmer switch KS220M , this one should be available in the US market now.
KS200M is a 2-way dimmer and not suitable for a 3-way environment.

deleted my prior comments as I see you have the correct device but its confusing because the same device is listed under 2 different model #s ... can you explain the difference in numbering? you list this as the KS220M with your link.
the website lists this as the ES20M https://www.kasasmart.com/us/products/smart-switches/productks220m
Cant find these on Amazon - Can you provide the vendor these are being sold by?
